1.   FEES

cheekymonkeys - £95 per term 

theatremonkeys - £120 per term

Generally a term includes 12 sessions over a 13 week period with a weeks break. Where a term varies in length, fees will be adjusted pro rata.
A 25% discount is available for two or more siblings attending either course during the same term.

Private Vocal Coaching - £25 per hour, £20 per 45 minutes

2.   PAYMENT METHODS

Fees can be paid via personal cheques (made payable to theatremonkeys) or by cash. 


3.  PAYMENT DUE DATES, REFUNDS AND MISCELLANEOUS

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure a student's place. This deposit is non-refundable. The balance of the fees is payable on or before the first day of term.

In the event that a student is unable to complete the term we regret that fees will not be returned.

A half term’s notice is needed if a student wishes to leave. If this is not given, a half-term’s fees are required in lieu.


4.  TUITION

Generally, students will be grouped according to age. although in certain circumstances students may be placed in another class should theatremonkeys consider it beneficial to the student to do so. Parents/guardians will be consulted in such circumstances.


5.  DRESS CODE

Students should wear a theatremonkeys T-shirt, plain black jazz pants/tracksuit bottoms, and black jazz shoes/trainers. Dance shoes must be worn.
Long hair should be neatly tied back
For safety reasons, jewellery is not to be worn. theatremonkeys does not accept responsibility for injuries resulting from a breach of this term.


6.  LOST PROPERTY

Theatremonkeys does not accept responsibility for any lost or stolen items. Students are requested not to bring any valuables to class. Mobile phones are not permitted.

7.  BEHAVIOUR AND CONDUCT

For the benefit of all the students, theatremonkeys will not tolerate bad behaviour. theatremonkeys reserve the right to exclude any student for consistent bad behaviour. In the event that a student is excluded, your contract with theatremonkeys will be termnated and fees will not be refunded.
Parents/guardians will be advised in writing of any instance of bad behaviour. Should behaviour fail to improve students will be excluded. theatremonkeys may immediately exclude students in the event of instances of serious bad behaviour.


8.   HEALTH

If students have any health problems it is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to notify theatremonkeys in the new starter form. Please include all details of any such problems, including allergies, medication etc, and also provide us with two emergency telephone numbers.


9.   SUPERVISION

Students will be supervised at all times by C.R.B. checked staff. Younger students will be supervised on toilet breaks. Students will not be allowed off the premises unless accompanied by parents/guardians or another adult expressly notified to theatremonkeys by parents/guardians.


We respectfully request that parents/guardians do not observe classes as it generally disrupts students and reduces teaching effectiveness. Of course, theatremonkeys has no objection to parents remaining elsewhere on the premises.

10. COMPLAINTS

theatremonkeys hopes that students and parents/guardians will be delighted with our service. However, in the event you have any complaints please address these to Lucy Stewart by post or email (theatremonkeys@hotmail.co.uk). theatremonkeys will endeavour to deal with complaints immediately, and in any event within 14 days.

11. INSURANCE

Public Liability insurance is maintained by theatremonkeys. Further details are available on request.
